Hey! Like I said in my previous post Algarve, Portugal: 10 days exploring the south and west coast I would do a special post dedicated to Boutique hotel Vivenda Miranda, one of the most special places I’ve ever stayed at! <sponsored stay>
Vivenda Miranda is located a little outside of the Lagos centre on a cliff with the most stunning view of Praia de Porto de Mós. Couldn’t think of a better location! You’ll be at the beach in 5 min following a path that leads from the hotel garden and over some cliffs to the beach.
What I love about the place is that it supports a holistic lifestyle. A lot of the foods they offer are fresh from their own little farm a little outside of Lagos, morning yoga lessons are offered 6 times a week, there’s a spa area and that’s just to name a few. Btw the spa treatments are plant-based and cruelty free!
The hotel has 24 rooms & suites all decorated in an unique colorful way. I was lucky enough to stay in the Boutique Grand Suite which is just amazing! There’s a living room with tv, a walk in closet, a bedroom, two bathrooms (one of them has a walk in shower with outdoor view!) and a huge private terrace with lounge chairs and a view of the ocean.
One of my favorite places to hang out was the pool & spa area. I loved the design of the pool and after a little swim you can lounge on one of the comfy louge beds looking out over the beach and cliffs of Porto Mos beach.
Another part of the hotel that immediately caught my eye was the stunning garden! Its so green and lush and such a contrast with the ocean and cliffs surrounding it. In this garden is also where I had my yoga lesson in the morning. The yoga area is right next to the pond and it’s so relaxing with the sound of frogs next to you and the waves crashing on the beach below you. Pure bliss!
Also worth mentioning is that it’s possible to host events like weddings here and its even possible to rent down the complete hotel!
Staying at Vivenda Miranda was one heck of an experience and definitely on top of the list of most beautiful places I’ve ever stayed at! Thank you so much for having me and the wonderful experience!
